Returns and order problems

Each item is made for your order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a size or color selected incorrectly, except where required by law. Please check the product measurements before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed problem. This does not limit rights under applicable law.

Do not mail items back without instructions. Contact us first so we can handle the claim with Printful.
